Interventions are additional learning opportunities for children.

They are specific, additional and time-limited intervention provided for some children who need help to accelerate their progress to enable them to work at or above age-related expectations.

Interventions are often targeted at a group of pupils with similar needs.

As part of the educational provision for all children in our school we have developed strategies to incorporate bespoke and specific teaching into our Cluster Class model. Interventions compliment this provision enabling all children to receive the appropriate strategies to support their individual needs.
